The partner offer will be available via NECA to members in ACT, NSW, QLD, TAS & WA. These Terms supplement and are additional to Fergus’ Terms of Service. Fergus may terminate, update, or modify these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All updates and modifications to these Terms will take effect upon being published on Fergus’ website.
